Hongchang Pump actively fulfills its social responsibilities by increasing investment in environmental protection and minimizing emissions. We have become the only A-level casting enterprise in the pump industry in Hebei Province.

We use resin sand molding technology for casting production. Firstly, the raw materials are melted in a medium frequency induction furnace, and the melted materials are poured into the sand molds to complete the casting process. Then, through a sand treatment production line, the used molding sand is taken out using a vibrating sieve, and the formed workpieces are removed from the sand molds. The waste sand is crushed, magnetically separated, and dedusted before being recycled by the sand treatment system to produce sand cores. The recycling rate of waste sand exceeds 90%.
